Lyth Elkour
Lyth Elkour, our CEO, has built his reputation on delivering results in even the toughest market conditions.
Lyth began working with The CLE Group in Houston in 2018, where he quickly established himself as a sales powerhouse. By the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, he was consistently generating over $1 million in annual revenue, despite the significant challenges facing the industry. His ability to drive sales and create value during a recession highlighted his mastery of strategic thinking, client relationships, and effective execution. He has amassed 70k followers across all social media platforms.
As CEO of Uplink Ads, Lyth brings this same determination and results-driven approach to every client partnership. His leadership is rooted in his belief that success comes from a mix of creativity, strategy, and a relentless focus on the client’s goals.

Co-Founder
Daniel Lehotsky
Our COO, has always been self-driven, with an innate curiosity for technology and business. From an early age, he immersed himself in programming, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving.
During his formative years, Daniel attended Wonder Space, a Houston-based technology camp, where he explored automation and game development. There, he created automation tools to simplify gameplay processes and designed 2D platform games from scratch using Python and Java. This early exposure to automation played a pivotal role in Daniel’s entrepreneurial journey, later enabling him to efficiently launch and manage a successful FBA/FBM Amazon store in 2023. By leveraging automation, he streamlined operations, ensuring the business ran efficiently and scaled effectively.
In 2013, Daniel began exploring stock trading, mastering the intricacies of risk, reward, and strategy—skills that now guide Uplink Ads’ data-driven marketing campaigns. In 2020, Daniel started college, focusing on coursework in business and finance, where he built a strong foundation in financial strategy and market analysis. During this same year, he also launched Pegasus Auto Styling, gaining firsthand experience in running a business and navigating real-world challenges. Even after a car crash in 2022 temporarily shifted his focus, Daniel’s determination led him to master advertising strategies, turning his passion for technology and business into a platform that helps others succeed.
