If you would like to request deletion of your personal data collected by Uplink Ads, please contact us using the information below. We will process your request within 30 days.
Send an email to lyth@uplinkads.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
1. Your full name
2. The email address associated with your data
3. A brief description of the data you'd like deleted
Upon request, we will delete all personal information we hold about you, including contact details, form submissions, and marketing audit results. Some data may be retained as required by law.
If you logged in using Facebook or interacted with our ads, you can also manage your data directly through Facebook's app settings.
