By using uplinkads.com or engaging Uplink Ads for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide paid media management, creative production, and strategy services. Scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in individual engagement agreements.

Payment

Fees are due per the schedule in your engagement agreement. Ad spend is billed directly by the platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) to your accounts.

Results

We do our best work, but no agency can guarantee specific advertising outcomes. Performance depends on offer, market, creative, and platform conditions.

Liability

Uplink Ads is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior three months.
